UPDATED COVID-19 STATEMENT
INCLUDING TEMPORARY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Dear valued guests and friends of Dalmahoy Hotel & Country Club,
Following the latest Government guidance, Dalmahoy Hotel & Country Club will temporarily close from Wednesday, 25 March until further notice. This relates to all facilities, including our golf courses.
The impact of the outbreak is constantly evolving and we will continue to follow Government advice on when it will be safe for us to reopen our resort.
The welfare of our members, guests and our teams remains our priority and we’d like to thank our committed team at Dalmahoy for their dedication in providing outstanding service and the highest standards of hygiene since the pandemic started.
As the COVID-19 continues to spread, our thoughts go out to anyone who has been infected or impacted – particularly our incredible frontline NHS staff and key worker groups across Edinburgh and the whole country.
We’d like to thank you, our loyal customer, for your patience during this unprecedented time. We look forward to welcoming you back to Dalmahoy when we are in a position to reopen.

TEMPORARY TERMS & CONDITIONS
IN RESPONSE TO CORONAVIRUS (Covid-19)
High Call Volumes – please bear with us.
Please be assured of our flexibility with your booking. We would kindly refer you to the information below as to how best to direct your enquiry. To contact us about your booking, please can we ask that you do so via email at firstname.lastname@example.org in the first instance. We will be contacting all guests prior to their arrival to discuss options available. As you can expect, we are experiencing an extremely high volume of enquiries and kindly ask for your patience at this time. Thank you in advance for your understanding during these challenging times.

Leisure Club Members
If you are a Leisure Club, Golf or Resort member, please do not visit us in person. Please rest assured you don't need to do anything with regards to your membership as we will automatically adjust your monthly Direct Debit payments from 1 April 2020, so that you don't incur any cost whilst the Club is closed. If you have recently contacted us to freeze your membership don't worry, we will action your request and will be back in touch when we open again. For members who pay annually, these costs will be credited on a pro rata basis, once a reopening date has been established.
Third-Party Bedroom Reservations
If you have booked a bedroom reservation or a gift voucher experience via a third party website such as Booking.com, Expedia or Virgin Experience, then please contact them directly in the first instance.
In response to the announcement from the UK Government to close all restaurants and bars, we closed all our restaurants and bars from Friday evening, 20 March. If you have a restaurant reservation on or before 30 April 2020, then please do not come to the hotel. You will be contacted and a full refund will be given (if required), however please bear with us whilst we make contact with you.
Private Events and Weddings
If you have an upcoming event on or before 30 April 2020, and we haven’t spoken with you yet, please rest assured we will be in touch as soon as possible, but please bear with us. You can email us on firstname.lastname@example.org should you wish to speak to someone directly.
If you have made a reservation using a Dalmahoy Gift Voucher purchased on our own Dalmahoy platform or are in receipt of one that is due to expire, we will happily extend your voucher until 30th December 2020.
