Meet Tracy, our very own Cleanliness & Hygiene Officer.
Tracy has been Dalmahoy’s Executive Housekeeper for over 17 years. Tracy has been appointed our new Cleanliness & Hygiene Officer to help keep all our guests comfortable and safe during their stay.
Tracy said: “As Cleanliness & Hygiene Officer, I am responsible for managing our intensive cleaning schedule and I’ll also be on hand to help answer any questions from our guests as well as help address any concerns you might have during their stay.”
As our appointed custodian for hygiene and sanitation across the resort, Tracy has spent the past few months planning and extending our cleaning routines to ensure the highest standards of hygiene. The frequency of cleaning will be enhanced and increased in all public spaces, with an emphasis on high contact surfaces, including counters, lifts, buttons, door handles, public bathrooms, room keys and locks, stair handrails, dining surfaces and seating areas.
